Back to Hard Riding Again

After my recent mishap with my SI joint I took a few days off, and the joint has gotten much better so thankfully it must have been something minor. On Thursday I did my upper body workout, wearing my SI brace, followed by an easy ride, both of which were well tolerated. So yesterday I did my typical hard ride of about 2 1/2 hours, starting with a brisk tempo session of a bit over an hour, then throwing in some intervals, sprints, and on-bike strength training, and ending with a cooldown. That went well also so it seems I am back. Glad to have dodged a bullet!
